My wedding planning started in January/February for an early May wedding. Upon Daniel (my now husband), my parents, and I meeting Rebecca Potter, and seeing the beautiful hotel and venue options for a wedding ceremony/venue, we knew this would be the place.
Rebecca was extremely informative, outgoing, inviting, customer-oriented, very communicative, and focused on us and not her. But most of all, Rebecca was extremely patient, respectful, while being firm yet fair when working with my parents.
On the day of the wedding, Rebecca was amazing. She was very focused on providing a memorable experience as she had promised. Rebecca provided so much support (even emotions at times) to my husband, parents, and guests. She and the staff that worked with her that evening predicted all the needs of the guests without even being realized (in a good way). The food was outstanding, the service was outstanding, the decorations and venue were outstanding. Everything went according to plan and schedule.
